The Patisserie
Located next to Agraz, this Art Nouveau pastry shop offers a la carte orders of pastries, cakes, and other confections, plus exotic coffees and tea blends. Seating is in the café-like rotunda, with a player piano, leather chairs, plants, and soft music. Guests can sample the private Caesar Park blend of Tealosophy tea, made with black tea, Madagascar vanilla, Venezuelan cocoa, and Mediterranean citrus. The Patisserie offers formal afternoon tea service daily.
Agraz Restaurant
The hotel’s restaurant is located in an intimate room in the back of the lobby. A handful of tables offer a fine dining experience with a window into the kitchen and local artwork decorating the walls. The menu, designed by Executive Chef Rodrigo Togo, features a selection of contemporary dishes made from Argentinean ingredients, including foie gras, duck, salmon, beef, wild boar, quail, and lamb. The waiters are well-versed in the selection of wines, including many highly prestigious vintages from the Argentinean wine country. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. More casual seating is located in a café-like rotunda surrounded by the hotel’s English pub and pastry shop. A large open dome lets in natural light from the hotel’s mezzanine level above.
Cheers
This English-style pub features a dark mahogany bar, richly upholstered walls, and seating at the bar or in cozy black leather armchairs. It is open each afternoon and evening and offers snacks and drinks, including a selection of imported beers and top-shelf liquors
