FD SKI MT. CATEDRAL

Departure from Bariloche bordering Nahuel Huapi Lake to Catedral Village, situated next to the same named hill. Here you will find one of the most popular ski resorts in Argentina where alpine ski is principally practiced.
From the base various ski lifts take the skiers to different platforms with cafeterias and restaurants apart from spectacular  panoramic views.
Mt. Cathedral is 2.030 m.o.s.l. high. Its ascension can be done by 1) Robles Catedral, with a skiing surface of 90 has., access to 26 slopes through the following ski-lifts: 3 telechairs, 11 teleskies and 2 rope lifts or by 2) Alta Patagonia, where you will find 32 different ski-lifts, with a capacity of transportation of a maximum of 22.000 passengers/hour.  Mt. Catedral also counts with a ski and snowboard school, children school, rental ski equipment, shopping, bank, etc.

During the winter season different events take place for those who ski and the public in general such as: different club competitions, ski associations competitions, descent with flashlights, celebration of the “day of the highlander” and the National Snow Party.
