Day 1: Buenos Aires - City Tour Buenos Aires - Buenos Aires

Welcoming at Ezeiza International Airport and transfer to Buenos Aires in a private vehicle.

Visit Buenos Aires (half day, private tour).

Buenos Aires, a cosmopolitan city with European features, is among the 10 most active cities in the world. City of arts, cultures, theaters, traditions ... The variety satisfies the most demanding visitor.
You visit the 9 de Julio Avenue, the widest in the world, dominated by the obelisk, a symbol of Buenos Aires. You will pass the Colon Theatre, one of the jewels of the Argentine architecture. Then you arrive to the famous or central Plaza de Mayo, next to buildings such as the Casa Rosada or Casa de Gobierno, the Cabildo and the Cathedral.

You end your day with the picturesque neighborhood of La Boca, and specifically the alley El Caminito, the spot for painters, tango dancers and singers.
Return to your hotel after the visit.

Day 2: City Tour Buenos Aires - Buenos Aires

Visit Buenos Aires (half day and private tour).
Buenos Aires, a cosmopolitan city with European features, is among the 10 most active cities in the world. City of arts, cultures, theatres, traditions ... The variety satisfies even the most demanding visitor.

Guided tour of Recoleta neighbourhood, characterized by many colonial houses, often old houses of historical figures, currently inhabited by powerful Argentine families. You enter the luxurious Pacifico Shopping Center, characterized by its French architecture of 1889, with vaulted ceilings. This stunning place is one of the favourite places in Argentina.

Later you visit Recoleta Cemetery, where many celebrities, writers and politicians rest. The best known and most revered, even today is the tomb of Evita Peron, the legendary wife of President Peron.

You continue your visit to Palermo neighbourhood, with a stroll in the park Tres de Febrero, inaugurated in 1875, representing the largest green area of the city.
Return to your hotel.

Day 3: Buenos Aires - Mendoza - Lujan de Cuyo - Mendoza - Vineyards Mendoza

Welcoming at the Mendoza airport and private transfer to Lujan de Cuyo, between the vineyards and the Andean mountains.
We pick you up at the hotel to start a city tour of Mendoza in a private vehicle.
This beautiful city with its grove combines desert climate with an urban oasis.
In company of your guide, you will learn about the city’s rich history from the natives, the Huarpes, to the Incas until today!
Enjoy the great variety of Parks in town.
The highlight is General San Martin Park: we have to remind ourselves that Mendoza it’s a desert and that a 419has park is a luxury.
There we find the Malvinas Argentinas Stadium, built for the 1978 World Cup and the Frank Romero Day Greek Theatre, where the Grape Harvest National Festival takes place in March and the Cerro de la Gloria with the Andes’ Army monument.

Day 4: Mendoza - Wine tour - Vineyards Mendoza

For every person that knows something or nothing at all about wine, this excursion is ideal for you. You will learn not only about the wine’s magic, but also about the wine making process.
We invite you to discover 3 wineries in Lujan de Cuyo, combining centenary winery tradition with the highest technology.
During the tour you will learn about the harvest, fermentation and the wine aging process and once we know all the secrets, we finish with a wine tasting … the result of so much work.
The winery tour includes lunch in a third winery where you will be able to enjoy a full course menu along with the wines of the winery.
We will visit some of the next wineries: Achaval-Ferrer, Pulenta Estate, Belasco de Baquedano, Septima, Catena Zapata, Alta Vista, etc.
In the afternoon we visit the Maipu wineries. This is the traditional department, so called First Region, since there, the first wineries of the XIX century were built.
We visit 3 wineries, one of them centenary, Trapiche. Then we visit Domaine St Diego where no other than the owner will give us a tour of the winery. This is your chance to ask everything you ever wanted to know about wine’s secrets. Then we visit Familia Zuccardi.
We will visit some of the next wineries: Domaine St Diego, Trapiche, Zuccardi, Don Manuel Villafañe o Finca Agostino

Day 5: Mendoza - Cordoba

Transfer out from Lujan de Cuyo to the Mendoza airport in a private vehicle.

Day 6: Cordoba


170 hectares 420 acres of forest surround El Colibrí. There you can authentically experience the Argentine countryside and nature's innermost essence.

El Colibrí can be discovered little by little. From the entrance the Club House of the Colibrí Polo Club with its thatched roof, you can appreciate the view to the two polo fields. Then moving along the undulating path that skirts the typical weeping grass, you can see the Spanish colonial style house against the bluish background of the mountains.

Day 7: Salta - Cafayate

From Salta we go to Cafayate, in the heart of the Calchaquí Valley. Cafayate is known internationally for the quality of its wines, its mild climate, the friendliness of its people and the beauty of these landscapes.

You will start to discover the alleys and the central square.

This day of rest and relaxation will also be for red wine tasting, rosé and white: bodega Nanni (centre), the winery Jose L. Mounier (5 km from Cafayate) where we suggest lunch, and the bodega San Pedro de Yacochuya (6 km from Cafayate).

Day 8: Molinos - Cafayate


This morning we leave Cafayate and enter the Calchaqui Valley and its vineyards. Gradually, the greener views give place to a desert-like landscape as we cross the “Quebrada de las Flechas”, a geological formation featuring soaring rock arrows.

We arrive at Molinos, dating from 1659; there is a church, probably erected in the late eighteenth century, by the last royal governor of Salta, Don Nicolás Severo of Isasmendi, buried there. Around this chapel, the town of Molinos grew.

Return to Cafayate.

Day 9: Quebrada de las Conchas - Salta


This morning, we travel to Salta through the “Quebrada de las Conchas” which undoubtedly offers the visitor one of the most spectacular landscapes in the Northwest of Argentina, with its imposing semi-desert mountains featuring multi-colored rock formations sculpted by erosion.

A century-old sight conceived by nature for our benefit!

Day 10: Salta - City Tour Salta - Salta


Half day (morning or afternoon) dedicated to the visit of the city with an english speaking guide in a private vehicle.

Salta is the capital city of the province of the same name and it is located at 1,187 masl, at the foot of Mount San Bernardo. The city was founded on April 16th 1582 by Hernando de Lerma. Both colonial-style houses and modern buildings coexist harmoniously.
Out of all the historical buildings, you visit the cathedral, built in the nineteenth century, the San Bernardo convent and the Cabildo, which houses the picturesque historical museum of the northern region of Argentina.

Visit to the very recent and interesting MAAM museum (Museo Archeologia de Alta Montaña or High Mountain Archaeological Museum) which exhibits several mummies discovered at an altitude of over 6,000 meters.

Day 11: Purmamarca - Huamahuaca - Salta


An early start for a grand tour of the Humahuaca Valley on pool service.

We leave Salta and after 180km we reach Purmamarca, “the Holy Land” in Aymara language. This little town is renowned for its seven-colored mountain, “Cerro de los Siete Colores”, a mineral rainbow.

Then we hit the Andean road, and arrive after twenty kilometres to Pucará Tilcara, a pre-Hispanic Omaguaca village founded over 900 years ago. We visit the village and the remarkable collection housed in its museum including mummies, funeral vases, jewellery and other objects found in archaeological sites in the Northwest of Argentina.

We continue north to Humahuaca, located at 2940masl, one of the most important trade centres in times of the Vice Regency of Peru.
Return to Salta in the late afternoon.
